If a product is damaged or faulty, you must report it to us immediately. Please send us a message at florian@calibarz.com.
We will then discuss the best way to proceed!
Are purchases excluded from exchange?
Only personalized trophies that are free of damage or defects are excluded from exchange!
Everything else can be exchanged within 30 days.
When will I receive my order?
The PreSale ends on 27.07.2026.
From this date, we will prepare all orders and have them shipped within 1-3 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally in Germany and continentally in Europe. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure that our products are of high quality and at a fair price.
After your order, the wooden plates are machine-engraved and hand-oiled. The personalization explains the slightly extended shipping time!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the shipping price before completing your purchase.
